He is a serial entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses, including a painting business that generated $2MM in revenue, and is a speaker and consultant.
He is the Director of Incubation at Flagship Enterprise Center leading a coaching and conferencing program for business owners.
Fred also coaches high school football, and serves his local church. He's been married to Dyan since 1992 and has three grown children and 3 grandchildren. He lives near Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye fan!

Andy Skaggs is President and CEO of Perfecto Tool & Engineering, an Anderson, Indiana–based advanced manufacturing company, where he leads complex operations through growth, scale, and execution challenges. As a third-generation leader in a family-owned business, Andy has spent his career building operations while confronting a core leadership reality: recognizing when the habits that once worked begin to limit an organization’s ability to scale.
Andy’s work sits at the intersection of culture and execution. Through leading Perfecto through significant operational, organizational, and growth challenges, he has learned that while scaling problems often show up first in systems, KPIs, and processes, the root cause is almost always cultural. Kirby Gilliam, a board-certified music therapist, is the founder of PlainSong Music Services in Anderson. Established in 2016, PlainSong offers Board Certified Music Therapy, private studio lessons, and public speaking for organizations looking to advocate or learn about music therapy.
Born and raised in Anderson, Kirby decided to become a board-certified music therapist after working as a music educator in the public school system. Kirby saw the power of music in addressing non-musical needs of her students and believed her community needed this service.
Kirby started PlainSong as a way to serve her community through music. Kirby works with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, geriatrics, dementia patients, mental health patients, and more. When Kirby is not working, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband Steven, children Eliza and Henry, and her two dogs, Dexter and Dinah.
Tim Hall is a Managing Broker with F.C. Tucker/Prosperity in Anderson, Indiana, where he leads both residential and commercial real estate initiatives across Central Indiana and serves and supports 20 amazing real estate agents in his office. Additionally, Tim is also the founding member of the Hall Commercial Real Estate Group.

In addition to his brokerage work, Tim is actively involved in commercial development, property repositioning, and investment analysis throughout Madison County and surrounding markets. Adam Hoeksema is the co-founder and CEO of ProjectionHub, a financial planning platform helping entrepreneurs build investor- and lender-ready financial projections.
After earning a degree in accounting in 2010, Adam launched his career at Flagship Enterprise Center, where he helped establish and grow Flagship’s SBA microloan program, Bankable. He went on to serve as Executive Director of Bankable, where he helped close over 1,500 SBA loans for small businesses across Indiana.
In 2012, inspired by the difficulty his loan applicants had creating financial projections, Adam envisioned a TurboTax-like solution for small businesses. He partnered with his brother, a software engineer, and ProjectionHub was born. After seven years of iterating on a SaaS model, they pivoted to Excel-based projection templates, a move that unlocked real product-market fit. Today, ProjectionHub has served more than 50,000 entrepreneurs. Adam remains based in Indiana and is passionate about equipping founders with the financial tools they need to succeed.
Kimberly Janelle Martin is an entrepreneur, creative, and community builder based in Anderson, Indiana. A multifaceted talent, she is an actor, print and commercial model, and creative director. Kimberly Janelle also has a deep passion for the business side of the creative world, working as a Tax Strategist and Financial Coach, teaching entrepreneurs about the financial side of their businesses.
In 2024, Kimberly Janelle and her husband Donald co-founded People Rich Comedy, a faith-based, family-friendly entertainment company dedicated to uplifting families and strengthening communities. Since its launch, every show after November 2024 has sold out, with attendance doubling from 100 to 200+ in just a few months. The company has also served as a platform for civic engagement and small business development, helping launch five new small businesses by providing vendor space at no cost.
A finalist in the Flagship Pitch 2026 competition, Kimberly Janelle continues to grow People Rich Comedy's presence in the Midwest, bringing clean, inclusive entertainment to audiences of all ages while championing entrepreneurship and community impact in Anderson and beyond.
Gary Sallee is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the legal, entertainment, and sports industries. His remarkable career includes founding successful businesses, managing Platinum and Grammy®-winning musical artists, producing large-scale events, and excelling in corporate law.
Gary's work has been pivotal in negotiating sponsorships, managing top-tier events, and even competing, as a team owner, in the Indy 500 where they finished third and had three of his drivers win the coveted Rookie of the Year awards, all of which demonstrates his versatility and dedication to excellence.
Exemplifying his commitment to societal betterment, Gary is currently the Chief Legal Officer for Youth Opportunity Investments, where Gary oversees an organization with 27 residential assessment and treatment centers dedicated to providing care and treatment for nearly 1000 at-risk youth on a daily basis.
Darla Sallee is a passionate leader that focuses her life on the betterment of others, speaking into those who need her guidance, and creating spaces in the community where all can find connections and belonging. She brings unparalleled creativity and organizational expertise to the community.
As the Executive Director of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Darla has revitalized the nonprofit organization through innovative fundraising, exceptional event planning, and strong financial stewardship. Her leadership has elevated the orchestra to new heights, enriching Anderson's cultural landscape.
Darla also played a pivotal leadership role in the restoration of the Anderson Gaslight Festival on historic 8th Street, a community event, attended by an estimated crowd of 7,000 people, that was produced and promoted by a committee of volunteers.
As a citizen-volunteer, Darla has supported the City of Anderson by coordinating and producing the city’s parades, celebrations, and the holiday decorations throughout the City, all in the spirit of creating memories for the children of Anderson and places for the community to connect.
Darla also volunteers her time, energy and efforts to coordinate the annual City of Anderson’s Reverend J. T. Menifee City Wide Cleanup.
She is the Chairman of the Board of the Anderson Indiana Main Street Association, a Commission Member of the Madison County Visitor’s Bureau, and she is a recent appointee to the Anderson Housing Authority Board of Directors. Darla also provides leadership as a member of the Board of Directors of the Paramount Theater, and as a committee member of the Heart of Indiana United Way.
Darla's entrepreneurial prowess shines in her role as the co-owner of Cirque du Sallee. By creating unique, pop-up fundraising events like speakeasy bars, she has redefined community engagement, fostering a spirit of innovation and collaboration. Her prior roles with the City of Anderson, where she managed communications, events, and marketing campaigns, demonstrate her ability to transform challenges into opportunities for growth and connection.
