Jason considers himself a design strategist and serial entrepreneur. He has built strategies, created
brands, patented products internationally, and constructed spaces for hundreds of ventures of all sizes and across dozens of sectors, with a particular emphasis on high-growth tech. He has founded 8 companies of his own (toy companies, restaurants, nonprofits, innovation spaces, music festivals, think tanks), helped build 3 accelerators that have together coached 500+ ventures, and raised an investment fund.
Jason has served as a strategist and designer for clients including Google, Cummins, Purdue, Solinftec, Spensa Technologies, Antique Candle Co., and the Obama White House. With Rise Legs, he helped start compliant lower-limb prosthetics from indigenous rattan, manufactured by basket weavers in Bangalore; the technology won the World Cybathlon in 2016 and set a course record. Locally, he guest-lectures at Purdue across business, technology, and engineering, and was the inaugural recipient of the Marquis de Lafayette Award.
Jason particularly values social impact work. In addition to being a Firefighter and DHS Incident Commander, a published author and public speaker, and a guest lecturer at Purdue, he sits on a handful of boards. He has played a hand in over 100 nonprofit ventures across five continents (art, literacy, hunger relief, clean water, prosthetics), and has served as a relief worker in Africa and Latin America.

Fred planted a church that he led for 15 years before stepping away due to cancer treatments in 2012. He is an author of “Fred Talk: Inspiration and Truth from a Friend” sharing his story overcoming cancer, depression and a career change all in the same year. He is a serial entrepreneur who owns multiple businesses, including a painting business that generated $2MM in revenue, and is a speaker and consultant.
He is the Director of Incubation at Flagship Enterprise Center leading a coaching and conferencing program for business owners.
Fred also coaches high school football, and serves his local church. He's been married to Dyan since 1992 and has three grown children and 3 grandchildren. He lives near Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye fan!

Andy Skaggs is President and CEO of Perfecto Tool & Engineering Co., Inc., a third-generation advanced manufacturing company based in Anderson, Indiana.
Drawing on experience across engineering, operations, and executive leadership, he leads scaling, modernization, and organizational transformation while building alignment between culture, strategy, and execution. As a manufacturing CEO navigating growth and operational change, Andy uses artificial intelligence as a thought partner to challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots, prepare for critical conversations, and improve decision quality. His practical approach shows leaders how to use AI to strengthen human judgment, not replace it.
Anna Rasco has over a decade of HR, Recruiting, and Career Coaching experience across industries including higher education, retail and food service, manufacturing, construction, tech, insurance, and professional firms.
Her expertise includes strategic HR planning, recruiting, and employee engagement initiatives that help employees do their best work. Anna is passionate about serving businesses of all sizes, especially small business teams building their HR infrastructure. Anna also served as a Professor at Anderson University, gaining experience as an engaging and detailed speaker, trainer, and facilitator.
Owen Mockabee is a Solutions Engineer at Argenti, an AI implementation agency that helps businesses use technology to improve their operations through strategy, hands-on implementation, and ongoing support.
Founded by Andrew Curtis after witnessing AI's transformational power inside his own marketing agency, Argenti works with businesses to turn AI from a buzzword into a practical operational advantage. Owen is a 2026 graduate of Anderson University, where he earned departmental honors in business and data science.
Courtney K. Taylor, Ph.D., serves as Provost at Anderson University, where he provides leadership for the university’s educational mission.
A mathematics professor, he has helped lead Anderson University’s efforts to integrate artificial intelligence thoughtfully into teaching, learning, and institutional practice. Terri also teaches at Indiana University Indianapolis, where she helps graduate students use design thinking and emerging technology to create marketable digital products.

As the Executive Director of the Anderson Symphony Orchestra, Darla has revitalized the nonprofit organization through innovative fundraising, exceptional event planning, and strong financial stewardship. Her leadership has elevated the orchestra to new heights, enriching Anderson's cultural landscape.
Darla also played a pivotal leadership role in the restoration of the Anderson Gaslight Festival on historic 8th Street, a community event, attended by an estimated crowd of 7,000 people, that was produced and promoted by a committee of volunteers.
As a citizen-volunteer, Darla has supported the City of Anderson by coordinating and producing the city’s parades, celebrations, and the holiday decorations throughout the City, all in the spirit of creating memories for the children of Anderson and places for the community to connect.
Darla also volunteers her time, energy and efforts to coordinate the annual City of Anderson’s Reverend J. T. Menifee City Wide Cleanup.
She is the Chairman of the Board of the Anderson Indiana Main Street Association, a Commission Member of the Madison County Visitor’s Bureau, and she is a recent appointee to the Anderson Housing Authority Board of Directors. Darla also provides leadership as a member of the Board of Directors of the Paramount Theater, and as a committee member of the Heart of Indiana United Way.
