Flagship Enterprise Center ("us", "we", or "our") operates the website https://www.flagshipenterprise.org (the "Site") and an app for tenants and shared space members of our organization (https://members.theflagship.org/). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our site. In addition, your continued use of our Site following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you agree to and accept such changes.

We value our users’ privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) will help you understand how we collect and use personal information from those who visit our website or use our online facilities and services, and what we will and will not do with the information we collect. Our Policy has been designed and created to assure those affiliated with Flagship of our commitment to meet existing privacy standards applicable to our target audience in the United States, specifically the State of Indiana.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of November 26, 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted at flagshipenterprise.org/privacy.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. We do not currently use any third party analytics services on our members’ app.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your name and email address.

We are collecting your data for several reasons:

Delivering services to you, such as processing shared space membership applications and responding to requests regarding our event space availability;
To fulfill our legitimate interest in improving our website and services;
To send you promotional emails containing information we think will provide value to you when we have your consent to do so;
To provide notifications and analysis for Flagship events, improving event experiences, measuring effectiveness, enhancing our services, and expanding our business activities;

Use of Information Collected

At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible services that may be available to you from Flagship.

Flagship may also be in contact with you in regard to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.

Flagship Enterprise Center maintains strict privacy policies to protect the personal information of our users obtained for text message communications. This information is never sold, rented, released, or traded to others without prior consent or legal obligation. Any sharing of information with third parties is solely for the purpose of fulfilling the organization's obligations to the user or for business operations. We guarantee that it will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text Message Opt-Out - If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with either “STOP” or “UNSUBSCRIBE” to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.

Sharing of Information

We may use or disclose information provided by you under the following circumstances:

With third-party providers with whom Flagship Enterprise Center has contracts for everyday business purposes;
To government agencies as mandated by laws and regulations;
To outside auditors who have agreed to keep the information confidential;
As necessary to maintain, safeguard, and preserve all the rights and property of Flagship Enterprise Center.

The computers and servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment. In the unlikely event that we believe the security of your personal information may have been compromised while in our possession, we will make every effort to notify you as quickly as possible given the circumstances. If we have your email address, we may notify you by email.

Flagship Enterprise Center will never request personal information from you via email. We will also never include links that direct you to a non-secure page where you are asked to provide such information. Children under the age of 13

Flagship Enterprise Center respects and complies with the guidelines established by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. As such, we do not market to, and do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from, children under the age of thirteen (13). If we determine that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of thirteen (13), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database.

Flagship Enterprise Center’s operations are located in the State of Indiana within the United States, and we provide our services to Indiana businesses. As such, our Site and members’ app are intended primarily for Indiana residents and business owners, and we neither target nor offer services to anyone residing in the European Union (EU).
